Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. "When you find a great contractor, don’t let them go. ;). I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. Tim was responsive, open, honest and receptive of my requests and additions during the project. Great experience working with Tim and his crew: Dan, Brian, Eddie and Ben. Great job on all the work - I’ve received many compliments from neighbors and guests on the work you did! I can’t recommend Tim and his crew enough."

"Adam did an excellent job building our garage from the ground up. He was excellent to work with. Not only was he very professional, so were the subcontractors that he hired. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our project required that a road be built to accommodate large trucks in the springtime. The project stayed on track and proceeded smoothly. We were never left wondering “what’s next?” Adam has great communication and stayed in touch to make sure we knew what was coming up and when. "I needed the backsplash in my kitchen done professionally since I chose tile, which is not something I could do. Torin fit my smaller project in , between his bigger outdoor projects. He was very professional, offered suggestions, did a great job, both installing and cleaning up each day so as not to disrupt my kitchen usage. His measurements and quantities were spot on( I was ordering the tile myself). I will definitely call him for my next project. His quote and finished price were almost spot on and very reasonable. I highly recommend him for anything you need done!"

"Pros: 1)Very easy to work with the guys. 2)Returned phone calls in a timely manner. 3)They were able to adapt and work with contractors performing other tasks on the property. 4)Jill (the painter) did an excellent job. Cons: 1)Estimate had a line item for delivery of dumpster which was not delivered but we were still charged for it. 2)Estimate called for pre finished white oak but red oak was used. We were okay with this but the point is, what was specified in the original estimate was not what was used. 3)Quality of work was not superb. A flooring contractor would have been better. GET LINE ITEM ESTIMATE IF YOU USE THIS CONTRACTOR"

He gave a very detailed quote, patiently answered all our questions, and started the project weeks before we ever thought we'd get a contractor to start. The work was fantastic. Our basement came out beautiful and Jim was a pleasure to work with. He did everything exactly as designed, communicated progress, and was very responsive if we needed anything. He was also very knowledgeable about the various options for finishes, flooring options, etc, and even had some contacts with local businesses that gave us good prices for some of the materials.
