"We hired Roberto and his team to install drywall in our garage. The work done was great and it exceeded our expectations. As well, Roberto was very accommodating with us when we had to reschedule a start date due to issues I had getting the building inspector to sign off on my prep work. There was one minor issue that happened during the drywall install process, Roberto was able to fix the issue the same day and kept everything on track. "Morgan Exteriors went above and beyond!! Their professionalism and expertise from the first initial call to Josh, on site estimate by Lou to the final measurements and all questions and concerns answered by the install Manager PJ. We had questionable weather and the two installers were running a little late. They arrived at 11:30 AM and had all seventeen windows installed by 4:45 PM! These two gentlemen were are very experienced and have many years under their belts and they are employed by Morgan Exteriors and have been for many years, it showed. That consistency, workmanship and professionalism completely convinced me of Morgan Exteriors warranty not just on the windows but the workmanship of the install. This took the fear of some of these other window installer businesses away completely. What I didn?t want is a company who installed a certain brand of window and that company hired inexperienced contractors not to be heard from again. The final project came out spectacular!!!!"

"Overall, the finishing of my basement went pretty smooth. The Owens Corning product, drop down ceiling, and flooring are all really sharp. In the beginning everything went fast and smooth with the framing and wall/floor/ceiling install being done within 2 weeks. There were some hiccups with minor imperfections, tv mount in wrong spot, etc. Those were fixed promptly. After that is when I ran into issues with other items in my contract that were not taken care of and the project felt forgot about. Just had some minor electric work, stairs to get carpeted, and didn't receive hanging clips yet. I had to constantly ask about these items and every answer would be "I forgot to ask or send the clips". I eventually got the items completed, but am not happiest that it took almost a month and constant reminding to get these items that should've been scheduled for during the project."
