Updating my reviews from Oct. 2023. Discovered RC Construction on Angie List. They did upgrades to my home in Weare, NH less than a year ago in 2023. Worked directly with "Eric". Started out good then they quit on me. Promised to show up with his crew and frequently a no show for months. Installed flooring wrong, after a couple months all the flooring buckled looks terrible, said he fixed it - again a no show. I recommend staying away from this contractor. Now he does not answer phones or text message. Very unprofessional and not credible. Total project over $40K.

This was my first time using a contractor so i was a bit nervous. These guys were great! Walk us through the process answering questions, offering suggestions and advice on things not thought of. I will be saving their contact for any future work

Fantastic! I originally hired them for demo work, wall board repair (mud/tape) wall / ceiling painting and kitchen cabinet installation. They recommended some modifications (removing a half wall to open the downstairs) and bid the flooring which I then approved. They basically did the full renovation of the condo including kitchen and two baths, flooring carpets. Their communications were outstanding, they held to their bids and schedule. I was able to flip the condo and get it on the market in 8 weeks.

RC construction did an amazing job. Eric the general contractor is great to work with and comes up with a lot of recommendations and solutions. Very knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. I would absolutely recommend them and hired them again for any projects. Update as of 5-28-24 I am updating my previous review from Oct. 2023. RC Construction LLC started out good. I spent over $40K to remodel my small home in Weare, NH. After they completed the majority of the work and was paid, they never showed back up to finish the job. It's a cat and mouse game, Eric even confirms the time/day and does not show up (this has happened several times - not even a courtesy call after several messages the same day). Would not recommend if you are looking for a reliable contractor.

Very difficult basement ceiling with pipes and ductwork. Did excellent job! I couldn't be happier with the results.
