Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. "When you find a great contractor, don’t let them go. ;). I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. Tim was responsive, open, honest and receptive of my requests and additions during the project. Great experience working with Tim and his crew: Dan, Brian, Eddie and Ben. Great job on all the work - I’ve received many compliments from neighbors and guests on the work you did! I can’t recommend Tim and his crew enough."

"We have been wanting to finish our basement for a very long time now but the prices we were given were too high! A friend of ours referred DCL to us and we thought we would give them a shot. The price was right so we started shortly after. They took care of all the paperwork and permits needed! Bob was there for the whole process discussing with us every step of the remodel! Very knowledgable and very well trained team! Our basement looks incredible and we enjoy spending time there! I would recommend DCL to anyone!!"

"Pros: 1)Very easy to work with the guys. 2)Returned phone calls in a timely manner. 3)They were able to adapt and work with contractors performing other tasks on the property. 4)Jill (the painter) did an excellent job. Cons: 1)Estimate had a line item for delivery of dumpster which was not delivered but we were still charged for it. 2)Estimate called for pre finished white oak but red oak was used. We were okay with this but the point is, what was specified in the original estimate was not what was used. 3)Quality of work was not superb. A flooring contractor would have been better. GET LINE ITEM ESTIMATE IF YOU USE THIS CONTRACTOR"

He gave a very detailed quote, patiently answered all our questions, and started the project weeks before we ever thought we'd get a contractor to start. The work was fantastic. Our basement came out beautiful and Jim was a pleasure to work with. He did everything exactly as designed, communicated progress, and was very responsive if we needed anything. He was also very knowledgeable about the various options for finishes, flooring options, etc, and even had some contacts with local businesses that gave us good prices for some of the materials. I highly recommend Hamil Improvement for any remodeling project. Would definitely work with them again!"
