Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. "We have been wanting to finish our basement for a very long time now but the prices we were given were too high! A friend of ours referred DCL to us and we thought we would give them a shot. The price was right so we started shortly after. They took care of all the paperwork and permits needed! Bob was there for the whole process discussing with us every step of the remodel! "Pros: 1)Very easy to work with the guys. 2)Returned phone calls in a timely manner. 3)They were able to adapt and work with contractors performing other tasks on the property. 4)Jill (the painter) did an excellent job. Cons: 1)Estimate had a line item for delivery of dumpster which was not delivered but we were still charged for it. 2)Estimate called for pre finished white oak but red oak was used. We were okay with this but the point is, what was specified in the original estimate was not what was used. 3)Quality of work was not superb. A flooring contractor would have been better. GET LINE ITEM ESTIMATE IF YOU USE THIS CONTRACTOR"
