The morning of the job, they called to make sure we were still on, since Mike was going to be travelling an hour to get here. I confirmed. He was on time, with everything he needed. Mike was kind, professional, and polite. There was one more follow-up text to see if I was pleased with the job, and to ask for a rating, which I was happy to do. The job was a plaster failure, about 3'X3' on a leaning inward wall. Mike did a fantastic job repairing it. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Putnam again! The design on the window trim was intricate with dentil, flashings, and arch window moldings. It truly look amazing! Also the price was very reasonable and very fair."

Bill replaced siding, installed new plywood and Tyvec, painted my house and deck, built a new front porch, repaired and built new features on my back deck, eliminated rot, installed new gutters, re-insulated my basement, and even fixed a closet door in my house.
