I received a quote via email shortly after, which I accepted, then a phone call to schedule. The morning of the job, they called to make sure we were still on, since Mike was going to be travelling an hour to get here. I confirmed. He was on time, with everything he needed. Mike was kind, professional, and polite. There was one more follow-up text to see if I was pleased with the job, and to ask for a rating, which I was happy to do. The job was a plaster failure, about 3'X3' on a leaning inward wall. Mike did a fantastic job repairing it. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Putnam again! "There are a lot of great things to say about Bill. First of all, he can do ANYTHING. Bill replaced siding, installed new plywood and Tyvec, painted my house and deck, built a new front porch, repaired and built new features on my back deck, eliminated rot, installed new gutters, re-insulated my basement, and even fixed a closet door in my house. He is a perfectionist and will treat your house like it is his own. Our house was in really rough shape before Bill came and now it looks stunning. We get compliments on it all the time.
