The morning of the job, they called to make sure we were still on, since Mike was going to be travelling an hour to get here. I confirmed. He was on time, with everything he needed. Mike was kind, professional, and polite. There was one more follow-up text to see if I was pleased with the job, and to ask for a rating, which I was happy to do. The job was a plaster failure, about 3'X3' on a leaning inward wall. Mike did a fantastic job repairing it. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Putnam again!
