We had a very detailed and challenging project in which there were many avenues that could have been chosen. He could easily steered us into buying a lot of new equipment, but he worked in our best interests and kept the job cost very reasonable. Not expecting response to my message on a Sunday, but Doug called right away and spent (too much) time and made sure that we were crystal clear with his direction.
