"He started great, but went down hill. 5 months to install a new heating system after being told it was 5-6 weeks.I was told he had no idea when he could finish because he started a 92 unit condominium project. On another project they installed an HVAC system with no control board. Lied to continuously about dates. We paid in advance for the work and found out afterward that he fired half the staff (I now know why.) Rather than be upfront about the issues he was facing we told lies. Very frustrating and found Devin to talk like an excon. Say one thing and do another with a very straight face."

"There were everything we wanted and more! We are very pleased with the work done by the Grand Premium Siding at our home. From the time the owner, Mr. Gerferson came by to take a look at the repair work including siding and trim rot, he was very amicable. He is very knowledgeable and always maintained an open communication channel. He gave us a clear layout of the work involved with notes on what needs immediate attention, and what can be done in a few months. He gave us a couple of quotes with the different options listed. The crew was very polite and respectful. They arrived punctually, and went about their work in a professional manner. There was a certain camaraderie amongst the 5 members of the crew, there was friendly banter and they genuinely appeared to be enjoying their work. There was an impeccable attention to detail, and they did a very good job. When they uncovered rot in the unexposed area, Gerferson was quick to consult with us and quoted very reasonable price to take care of the additional uncovered work. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day and went over the completed work with us. We are immensely satisfied and will definitely hire them again in the near future."
