1st time user of Sirois & Son Appliance Repair. Called on Tues. to report a gas oven beginning to act up. Within 2 hrs Jim called back & set up an apptmt for Wed at noon. Surprised to receive such quick response during the holiday season. Jim showed up as scheduled, replaced the ignitor. Not only did Jim repair the oven, he provided opinions on current appliances and made us aware of all his services. Very pleasant, professional and a pleasure to work with in the future.

20 year old machine stopped working. He Touched motor and it started up! So just paid for service call. It Worked a few weeks longer, then bought a new washer he Recommend --Speed Queen --built to last 20 years! Used in laundromats. Cost more but worth it! Sirois has many years experience and would use again!

That little $8 part seems to have done the trick! No problems since, and he left a little fridge/freezer thermometer so I can see the actual temperature. So good to be able to store ice cream again!

It was very reasonable. He was helpful; he didn't try to sell or say try to fix it; things like that. He was straight to the point, upfront and honest and we just appreciated that very much.

I called in the morning and he was there in the afternoon. Our drier required just about total dismantling to reach the roller bushing that was the cause of the problem. It was apart, repaired and back together again before I knew it and we had a few laughs along the way.
I highly recommend Sirois and Son for your next appliance repair.

My washer had broken and was making a loud clanging noise.
I found Sirois and Son on Angie's list, and called with a view to requesting a call-out.
However, Sirois diagnosed the problem over the phone, and showed me that since the drum was extremely loose, the repair would be more costly than the machine. I can ruefully buy a new machine without a further hassle.
Many suppliers would have charged $50 to come out, make the same assessment and recommend that a repair was futile. I really value the free advice that Sirois gave me, since it saved me time and money. I would trust them as a first call again.

A problem that was solved within a matter of hours from my initial phone call. Solved quickly and w/o being informed of more problems or parts needed.

I called got the office they said he's call me to make an appointment, he called setup an appointment, showed and resolved the issue. for a very reasonable price.
