He explained all of the options we had and budgeted us for a certain dollar amount per project so we could adjust it as necessary. His crew as professional and neat, and they even took time out to educate my about the process and what they were doing each day. We only wish we had put those doors in sooner! This is a local, family-run business, and Matt deals with local vendors and manufacturers. He made crucial decisions to change vendors when the original ones could not meet the timelines, and we appreciated that a lot. I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow.
