"Charged $2,000 (that's right, $2,000!) to install a new sprayer faucet and soap dispenser in Boston. $1,500 went to labor, which took less than 2 hours. I'm sorry, but $750/hr is outrageous. I did pay it because I wanted to expedite solving the problem for the tenants, but I now regret as their dishwasher is not working and I suspect the plumber failed to reconnect everything probably."

As a cancer survivor undergoing surveillance scans, the refund would greatly assist in covering my medical expenses. The lack of response and follow-through has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. In addition to this, I had to hire a lawyer to recover my down payment, which cost me additional money. Moreover, he did not offer to compensate me for the extra expenses, including hiring an electrician to install a wire for the heat pump he could not install. Despite repeated attempts to have the deposit returned, I finally received it after engaging legal assistance.
