"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! "I called and spoke with Keith.  I told him the size of the home and approximately how many air ducts I had.  I let him know that the heating system was also apart of a central a/c system.  Keith was able to quote me a price of $500.00.  However I was able to get the 5% discount  so it came to $475.00.  He scheduled the appointment for January 30th at 10:30 A.M.  The hvac tech Brett showed up rite on time.  He was very pleasant and easy to talk to.  Brett got rite to work and started setting up for cleaning the ducts.  He worked alone and had a lot of equipment to carry in.  I had one vent that was hard to access but that was no problem for Brett.  He was able to clean it from below.  I asked Brett a few questions about the process and he was happy to explain them.  I believe Brett was finished in about five to six hours.  I am very happy with the service.
