"Mike was great. He took his time to explain what he was doing. I had a sediment filter installed and he replaced the pressure tank. He showed me how to check/replace filter as needed. He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. "I called Rowells Services to have an in-house drain unclogged. I was able to get an appointment that afternoon which was great. I was told that I would get a call when the techs were on the way. That did not happen , but they arrived that afternoon as planned. They immediately assessed the situation and elected to run a camera on a snake through the drain pipe. To do this they had to remove the toilet. They found the clog and cleared it. Verified that the drain was open and then reinstalled the toilet. They did a very nice job of cleaning up after themselves and left within one hour after arriving. This is all the good news. The bad news is they did not check for leaks when they reinstalled the water line to the toilet. The next morning we had water dripping from the slow leak in our finished cellar. I found the source of the leak and tightened the connection myself."
