"Andrew knocked this install out of the park! He replaced an incredibly inefficient hot water heater with a hybrid hot water heater, ran the condensate line through pipe straps screwed into drop in anchors along our basement wall with the cleanest looking final result that surpassed every expectation I had. "So far, so good. The finished project looks great; it really hasn't been tested yet as there has been little or no rain. Groundwater used to flow through the cellar after heavy rains so we'll see it the subsurface floor drain works. The floor looks good, the price was right (lowest of three bids) and Beth was very helpful and available to answer all my questions. At the moment, I'm very happy."
