From the time I entered the job in homeadvisor (approx 8am) I was called back before noon. We scheduled a site review later that day. From the time I selected Roadway, there was constant progress. Even when the permits were in progress, they were in constant contact to let me know what was going on. When the permits were in order, they worked nonstop until the job was done. He was here right at the promised time, did a very clear estimate of what needed to be done, and gave me a complete estimate for the total job. He had brought a new well bladder tank with him , the perfect replacement size. He worked very efficiently and took the extra time to tell me exactly what he was doing and how everything should work when completed. At no extra charge, he tested the water twice and again explained everything and answered all of my questions clearly and completely. At no time did I feel that he was rushing through the job just to get it done and move on to the next customer. I've never hired anyone before thru Angie's, but if Richard is the type of person that they recommend, I would certainly hire someone again. I cannot speak highly enough for Richard Ardito's work. Our jetter is also a HEATED jetter for that tough grease or other buildup where you need some extra hot water to really clean the pipe.
