He provided me with a reasonable price and was able to perform the work the next day. He communicated throughout and provided a sketch of the roof and itemized the work to be performed. It's been amazing to no longer see water pouring off of the roof over the doorways! The only slight is the use of an answering service and having to wait for a callback, but Craig was usually very good about calling back within 24 hours which was fine for me."
