Lee guided us step by step during the entire process of picking our cabinets, counters, flooring and the design of a custom cat area to accommodate a pet drinking fountain. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job installing the cabinets and the finish work. Any concerns we had were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. All subcontractors (floor, electric, plumbing, and counter tops) were excellent. Any concerns were addressed fully. When Lee and Ian say they want customers 100% satisfied, they mean it and it happens. Thank you Benchmark for our beautiful kitchen!"

Percival Remodeling LLC is a family run business and has been in business since 2014 serving most of Rockingham and some of strafford counties. We welcome small jobs from changing door knobs, disposal solutions, and branch pruning away from the house to larger jobs such as full remodels, additions, and garages. We carry general liability and workers comp insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request. We take pride in our work and the materials we install. We also offer disposal services. Also, we do not service mobile homes, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

"Preston Schmidt works alone and works harder than I can describe! He gently power washed each cedar shake on our large and complicated roof. It was early October in Minnesota, so he worked from 10 AM to 5 PM for two days on the cleaning, replacing about 6 shingles. Preston had to use lots of safety precautions while washing the roof. The roof had to thoroughly dry before he could apply the seal coating. Nature did not cooperate as it rained every day for a week. However, when we finally had two days of sunny dry weather, Preston finished the seal coating. The roof looks fantastic!"

Literally on the last day of the kitchen install, the carpenters opened the last box and there was a huge flaw in several pieces of molding. The contractor rescheduled his team to come back when the new molding arrived. I mention this both to point out that the delay was *not* the fault of my contractor, but also, that he was able to fit us in asap for a quick half day install of the last few pieces of cabinetry. Every member of the team: carpenters, electricians, plumbers, siding installer, were on time every single day! I have personally recommended this company, and the kitchen designer, Linda Leone from Cyr Lumber, many times."
