He took the time to explain what was wrong, how he proposed to fix it and then after the job was completed, he came out to review the work with me. Prior to starting the job, he put his quote in writing with pictures so we were both on the same page. As we were reviewing the finished work, we found some small additional repair work that he and I missed during the quoting stage and he came back to fix it without any additional charges! If you have residing or siding repair work to be done - this is your guy!"
