I was only given one option, with no effort made to provide alternatives. I have also since requested a copy of the QA recording and been completely ignored. After installation, I discovered they had left my 1990s humidifier connected to this brand-new system. I was never told this would not be replaced and was later informed I’d need to pay another $784 (and at different times $500 and $1,500) to fix it.
