Fantastic. Ray and his helper were amazing!! He was in contact the day before scheduled move. He was on time - friendly and careful with items. They had to carry things up to the third floor of apartment and never complained. Would highly recommend!!!

We hired FirstRowe to help move heavy items from the first floor to the basement, and they were excellent! Ray was very easy to communicate with, trustworthy, and honest during our initial discussions. Leading up to the scheduled move, he reached out to confirm the appointment. I was very appreciative of Ray because when he noticed a slight delay (less than 30 minutes) in his arrival, he contacted me immediately to inform and apologize. Upon FirstRowe's arrival, they were very quick, careful, and courteous. They finished sooner than expected, so Ray asked if there was anything else we could assist them with, rather than just saying the job was done because the previously agreed upon items had been moved. Overall, I would certainly hire FirstRowe again!

The time it took between calling and the job being completed, same day, was about 3 hours. They showed up quickly, solved problems, and made my day easier. They did a great job. I might need more help tomorrow and they will be the first people I call. Thanks a lot.

It was a positive experience. Got immediate call back and ray was there within the hour. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. It was one large piece of furniture so it went very quick. He's bilingual a definite plus for anyone needing a Spanish speaker. I'll keep his number for future reference.

The team did a great job. I had some heavy vinyl rolls of flooring that were awkward to carry. They carried the rolls into the basement of our house and were very professional. I will call again if we have any other items to be moved.

Fast, prompt, professional service. Ray treats you like a VIP. Very pleased with the care and preparation of protecting my personal property. He wrapped the furniture with blankets and placed shrink wrap around the blankets to insulate the furniture from any damage. I would hit Ray any time. I highly recommend First Rowe Moving if you want it done right and with the utmost professionalism.
