"Chris met up with us to discuss putting a new deck on the full length on the back of our home, he was so professional telling us exactly what we needed to know. He and his crew came in did the job, kept us informed on everything they were doing. CVH Construction informed us they were done with job, picked up any trash, tool’s etc informed us how to take care of our new monster deck. My dad was also happy with the job on our house that he has hired them to put a new deck and new siding on his place. "These folks are wonderful to work with. Very friendly and efficient. Their quality of work is fabulous and they were meticulous with clean up. Their communication is great -- and that can be an issue with construction folks -- not with this crew. I have a 1900 Victorian with a complicated roof. Borgmann Construction did a wonderful job with it, and the price did not break me. The value for the money is outstanding. You'll be happy if you hire them."

"All went very well. Started on a Thursday, worked through the weekend and had 5000 square ft of roof complete by Saturday. Rained on Sunday and his Carpenter didn't work Sundays. His carpenter finished the facia on Monday and did crew did all gutters and down spouts on Tuesday. Have a few connections to make to underground drains, but waiting on me to get the drains installed...."

"i am seeking other quotes and I feel like 10,000 to just add ventilation to the attic with out having to cut in the roof is to much. I was expecting $5000,00 maybe even 6000,00 but the quote was above what i expected to spend this year. if i get the same quotes from other contractors i will wait until next year so that i can be prepared to pay the cost in full. i do not want to go with wells fargo only to pay interest on top of the 10,000."
