Pankonin Roofing has been locally owned and operated for the past 16 years. We use our own employees and carry all of the proper general liability and workers compensation insurance which protects homeowners from any liability. We offer a 10 year workmanship warranty. Our billing procedures are as follows: 50% deposit upon acceptance of Proposal with remaining balance due in full upon completion of job. We will gladly assist you in working with your insurance company. We also comply with all OSHA guidelines and have a Safety Plan in place.
