Nate was on time for the quote and quickly presented an easy-to-understand proposal. The decision was made and he scheduled us for a Saturday then showed up at 8:30 or so and worked independently and took pictures all the way so I could tell what he did. Now, that would be enough for most but I told him about a drainage issue I had had, and he gave me a solution that made sense, I do not know him personally but he did a great job! My 2 cents.
