Vince measured the window openings the first day and went over the contract with us. A few days later, the installer, Paul came by and remeasured the window opening to ensure the first measurements accurate. Measure twice, order once! This was in March of 2020 in NE during the early stages of the Covid pandemic. NE still had a long way to go before all businesses were taking it seriously. We were very concerned as were Vince and Paul. Both respected our wishes and wore masks before entering our home. Their concern for our well being was the ultimate reason we chose Custom View Exteriors over the many other companies in Lincoln. The day after we were notified the windows had arrived, Paul was at our house to get started. It took him only 2 days to breakdown the old windows and install 9 new windows and a new sliding glass door! He cleaned up as he went along so there is absolutely no sign he was ever here other than our brand new windows! He works alone so we didn't have several people in and out of our house which I really appreciated. Vince Kingston and Paul are very professional with a ton of experience and such a pleasure to work with. We are so happy with our new windows! I highly recommend them. Thanks so much!"
