Josh came back a few days later, remeasured and took some of my indoor framework down (pealed paint but at the time didn't make a fuss). August 31st, received an updated contract changing from triple pane to double pane and changing outside color. Received a text from Dave Oct 2 saying that my materials were expected to arrive Oct 12. Said they would keep me updated which they have not! I have reached out several times only to get the runaround! I finally sent a message to Darren only to be told that they had shut down the Billings Office and even if my materials were here, there would be no one to install nor anyone to honor the warranty! After finding out that the lady down the street had been left in the same situation as me but with a whole house project, I reached out to you."

All areas were cleaned up when they left. I had a feature I wanted to repaint before I had it installed on my front porch. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
