Turned out my opener is just getting old.....but Shane, the technician who was on-time, gave me some tips, lubed the rails, and is getting me a quote for the future (when our 1992 -era opener dies). With no charge! This, after scheduling to come out less than 24 hrs. after my Angi post! Very satisfied!

They were able to come out same day. Estimate on phone for broken spring held true and work was done in about an hour. We chose to do a few more “tune up” items but he did not push us to spend more. Garage door is quieter as a result. Thank you!

Shane came out because one our doors wasn't opening correctly. He showed us the sensitivity was set too high. He also saw the board connecting the rail to the house was pulling away. We let him get busy right away to fix those two things and give us the first door/opener tune up in 25 years! He was pleasant and positive, his service price very affordable, and knows his stuff. We know who to call for all things garage door related. Thanks Pro LIFT!
