"Wayne and his crew did a spectacular job, at a very fair price. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. The owner was able to come out and take a look within two days. The owner was very honest and straight forward and quoted me a MUCH MORE reasonable and fair price. "Entire experience was excellent!  We called Pat on Monday morning and he met us Tuesday morning to evaluate our problem / situation.  He called Tuesday afternoon to walk through the assessment and cost.  Wednesday morning his team was on site.  They were very courteous and clean.  All the work was completed by Thursday and I met with Pat's HVAC manager to review all that he did.  He then went back under the house to "clean up some things he saw that he didn't like" that a previous contractor had done years earlier - at no charge!!  The entire process went very smoothly and we could not be happier with the process.  Pat runs an honest, diligent operation where he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need and gives you options on the things you do need.  I would recommend Integrated Systems of the Triangle to anyone needing HVAC, Electrical or Insulation work!"

"We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"
