"We called several businesses to address concerns of our foundation settling which became obvious from cracked bricks on the back of our house. Virginia Foundation Solutions was the third to arrive and give us a detailed estimate. They were extremely detailed about the process they would use and how that would solve our problem. They gave us a start date that was about a month in the future. They were in constant communication with us and started on the exact date promised. The crew arrived on time and worked harder than I thought possible. They were very professional and polite, kept us abreast of there progress and finished on time. They worked in a manner that would make you think it was THEIR home. I can't say enough good things about them, but, if you are in need of this type of costly repair you can't go wrong with Virginia Foundation Solutions. "We can’t say enough good things about Bay Crawlspace. We had Jamie come by for a free consultation and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was patient, kind and very informative. He knew this was a costly project for us and helped us really understand what we needed. The installation crew was phenomenal. The site was never left a mess they even swept areas of the garage that they didn’t mess up. The whole process took about 3 days to complete and we were kept in the loop the entire time. The site supervisor stopped by and talked to us and he also let us know how things were progressing. We needed to have some piping move and they were able to give me a name of a plumber that could do the job quickly so we could continue. I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months.  Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing.  Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have.  They work well together, fast and efficient.

Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.

We called them and asked them to build a custom deck.  He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels.  He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.

The price was better than we thought it would be.
