We called in a local structural engineer, Bill Wingate, he assessed the project and said he worked well with Falcone. "I have had Andrew Goodnight do a few small projects in the past and have been very satisfied with that work. I then called him about a deck repair project. Old deck was improperly installed and was starting to rot out at the post/footer junction. He made great suggestions and recommendations for a new deck with low maintenance options. He removed the old deck and footers, re-sloped the ground, poured new concrete footers at the correct elevation, then installed new synthetic/composite framing, railing, stairs and decking along with hidden fasteners. He provided the best pricing, the best options and we are elated with this new deck. I have many pictures that I am willing to share!"
