"A company like no other. That is the best way to describe my experience with McClintock Heating and Cooling. We have been with them for about 4 years now, 2 houses later, 5 units services, 2 units replaced (which were both 20+ years old), they have taken care of us time and time again. We most recently had an issue with our refrigerant line, which was condensing on our sheetrock in our bedroom and staining the wall. McClintock had Jason (shoutout to him- he rocked) at our house on the same day and addressed the issue. They, then, worked with us and had the wall repaired and restored to better than it was before within a few days. Baylee, Amber, and Larry were exceptionally kind and patient with me- answering my questions and restoring our home. "I called Air central when our heat went out last week! Wes quickly responded with a phone call to set up an appointment. He came out the next day was on time and professional. He Educated me on the issue and the best Options. He worked me up a estimate while at my residence. We decided to get two other companies to come out and get prices to ensure we got the best price for the best quality. After doing so we decided that we were more impressed with Wes and air central then the other companies. I called Wes and told him we would like to move forward. The next day he brought out a few space heaters to keep us warm until the equipment could be ordered and job done. 4 days later due to equipment shortages they arrived on time in uniform and was nothing but professional. They did my new furnace in one day. The job was so clean and neat. Wes came by went over everything that was done and was so nice. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "My system went out on my AC and Jim Dickerson was called out to repair it from my warranty company. After the Dickerson company left, I was told I need a new system. The Dickerson Company left and advised that they were call me with the pricing for a new system. I called and got a new quote from another AC company that’s reputable in this area. After the new company came, it was brought to my attention that my AC system was trashed. I called Jim Dickerson and was told that it wasn’t them I received another opinion and this from another reputable company, and this time they took pictures and videos. After looking at the pictures and videos I called Jim Dickerson back and was told again that they didn’t do it. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of because I’m a single black female living alone! I need a lawyer ASAP."
