I agreed to start the project and Todd and team showed up when they said they would and completed the project in the amount of time he predicted. They took great care to make sure that some of the challenges of the repair were done correctly and will stand up over time. I appreciated the attention to detail he displayed in his work. I could see that he took extra care in the installation to make sure the finished project would be as expected. I felt as if he cared about my project as if he were working on his own home. I would highly recommend his work and will definitely be using him again myself."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our "5-day bathroom installation" just wrapped up after 54 WEEKS (that's ONE YEAR + 2 WEEKS)! Incorrect materials were ordered and there were numerous delays due to absolute incompetence. A lot of time had to be taken off work to be home when they had to come out time and time again to REDO things that weren't done right the first time. The owner of the business didn't respond to detailed emails addressing the issues we were having nor did he respond to a phone message left for him asking for him to call us. What DID get his attention and warrant a response was when I started leaving negative reviews online. Then, miraculously, we finally heard from Michael Schweitzer, the owner. I reviewed ALL the issues, delays and frustration we have experienced with 'Luxury' Bath and HomeCraft Windows. His only response was, "I understand." No justification, no apology, no effort AT ALL to explain what happened. No adjustment to the bill (other than for THEIR screw ups for ordering wrong windows and baseboard trim). We absolutely will NOT be using this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. It's interesting to note that all the reviews left on their company website are glowing '5-star' reviews, FROM TWO YEARS AGO! They won't post negative reviews on their website -- I should know, I sent two."

"The work was satisfactory initially. There we some spots that did not look right, but overall it was fair work. Within about 8 months we were starting to see mold and mildew forming in places suggesting that it was improperly sealed. Initially we could control it but within a couple of moths it was horrible. The caulking then started coming up. I have called twice and emailed once to speak to the owner about coming out to repair, but he did not return my call. He says he is busy?? I will update this review and and when he returns my call and repairs his faulty work."
