ASAP Spotless/Mr. Squeegee were very responsive with getting me a quote for the work I needed done and scheduling it at a time when it was convenient for me. They were on time on all visits - got there when they said they would - very prompt and responsive. They did a great job cleaning my siding and cleaning, then painting/staining my deck. Very nice job. It looks great and their service was great. Professional, good work, prompt and responsive. Would definitely call on them again.

Estimate given on Friday, powerwash on Monday, repair and stain on Wednesday. Team was always on time with needed materials. They were friendly and helpful. The 'gate' addition was a perfect plan and the overall project turned out looking even better than expected. We will enjoy this space for many years!

It was excellent, they are good because it was 2200 sqf house and they did came in and power wash the full house and my driveway. They are on time and did what they said they will do and they also provide their own water and mixed up the solution and they work directly from the truck and they were able to wash it all. They also did not damage anything and move things.

We had some challenges with very old decking and fencing, but Miguel and his crew worked very hard to ensure that it looked the best that it could. Miguel came back several times to address any issues that I had. We had a very rainy spring that also presented challenges, but the crew worked hard to make sure that the wood was cleaned and stained appropriately despite weather issues.

Miguel Lopez and his team did an excellent job. The work required replacing some rotted wood in parts of our decks, sanding and re-staining. The decks (and we do have extensive decks all around our home) now look beautiful. We'd happily hire them again.

Have used several times in the past.

They were the least expensive (based on what the owner quoted) but left some windows with spots, and the employee tried to charge me a higher rate. The owner quoted me a good price of $17 per window for inside and outside cleaning. I know how many windows we have but when finished, the invoice was way higher than I calculated. The employee said they did the front door lights, back door lights and a few others. Ok. but when I asked what they charged for actual windows he said their standard $20. I told him the owner quoted me the $17 and he got mad, said "$20 is the rate we always charge." I told him his boss gave me a break since he also cleaned my roof. They ended up giving me a bit of a discount but not near what the owner quoted me. Incidentally, it was EXTREMELY difficult to get Miguel, the owner to respond or reply to either emails, texts or phone calls. I would definitely not use them again.

FANTASTIC! They worked so hard and our entire house looked amazing afterwards! From the sparkling windows to the clean house!! We can't wait to call them again!

went very well. We also had the crew replace old and worn railings, as well as replacing the lattice around deck. Crew was punctual, completed the task on time. clean-up was good. We were pleased with the results and would hire them again for future work

After I purchased the service on Angie's List the company got with me and set up a time to come to the house. They arrived about 30 minutes after the time scheduled time, which was not a big deal for me. I did find later that the pressure washing knocked out my outside power outlets. I looked the problem up on line and it seems this is a common thing to have happen. Unfortunately, I did't know where my GCFI thing was so had to call my electrician...he fixed it in two minutes. My biggest gripe with them was they emptied my back gutters onto my deck and walkway from my deck to my driveway and onto the driveway. They didn't clean any of it up...just left huge piles of leaves and gunk all over my primary walkway. I have trouble moving around and use a cane and this left a very dangerous situation for me.

The job was done quickly and professionally. It exceeded my expectations and I would hire them again in the future.

The work required another visit to properly finish the job. They were also difficult to get a hold of to schedule the appointment.

ASAP came promptly and did a great job with the power washing which revealed a great need for repairs of the decking and railings. The repairman was not immediately available, but he came the following week and did the repairs and restained the deck. It looks brand new!

Paid for initial work, was unable to establish two way contact. They didn't follow up and they took my money.

They were courteous, on-time and did good work.
