"The work went well. However, upon arrival I asked to have the piping exchange to the piping that is easier to work with (screw on piping) and not the continous piping. The tech made a comment about possible leaking. I said that was OK. I had exchange that type of pipe though the house and did not have a problem. The change was made. The tech was paid. Two weeks later I had to contact the tech because of a leak. I was charged for the second visit.

They completed the projects in a timely manner and stayed in touch prior to the process especially regarding the rain delaying their process. Even though we had only broom concrete installed, they took their time and didn't rush. They made sure everything was to perfection and smooth. The team is very friendly. "It went very well.  Brian & Sara kept in contact with me to ensure everything was going well, mostly by text which was great and convenient for me.  One crew did the roof and another crew did the soffit & fascia.  I have an old house so there were some areas needing unexpected attention which Brian was quick to point out and ensure it was fixed.  After the roof was complete, we had several days of rain.  At the time of the massive rain storms,  I was not living at the house but when I stopped by I seen the roof windows had leaked water onto the floor, I called Sarah and she sent someone over within an hour of my call.  The roof has not leaked since.  Both crews were professional and friendly.  Once I am able, I hope to have windows put in.  I of course plan to shop Angie's List again and have several estimates, but I have a feeling that I will be sticking with Brian & Sara.  Thank you Atlantic Coastal Enterprises.

"Our drainage project with The Oak included hooking up 6 downspouts to underground PVC pipes and routing the pipes through our yard. We also had them move a rain barrel, build a stand for it, and hook it up to a downspout. Jesus from The Oak spent a few hours helping us to scope the project. He sent us a detailed quote and revised it once we had talked through more options. Jesus and Leo completed the work in four days with great communication throughout, and attention to detail. The drainage project was on budget - slightly under actually - and the rain barrel stand was harder than expected but they let us know and we approved a small budget increase. Our experience with The Oak was great and I would hire them again if I had another drainage project (I don’t right now because they did it all!)"
