"Initially, I wasn't comfortable hiring a landscape company to install a fence. However, the gentleman reached out to me twice asking to give me an estimate. Eventually I gave in and texted him my requirements. One of the requirements he said he has never done before but he was reading up on it. Well I didn't receive any more texts after that so I guess that means he isn't going to do the job, which is fine but just say that."
