Started probing the ground to find the septic line and weren't able to find it. 15 minutes later water was coming out of the ground, come to find out they poked a hole in our water line. We tried giving the worker a call and he denied it...We had Johns Plumbing come out incurring a $600 charge. The owner Tommy came out looked at the pipe, said he make this right and reimburse. He never came back and ignores my calls and texts. The fact they did this to an elderly couple who are in their 80s with medical issues shows negligence. This experience not only highlighted their lack of responsibility but also revealed a disregard for the well-being of vulnerable individuals.
