Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. Then I got them to come and put in a new Generac Generator and that was done very well, and it now is an operational unit for an emergency power outage. I highly recommend them for the service and the service after the installation. No complaints from this customer."

"Techs lost two hours because they did not have what they needed to do the job, and had to go back to their shop. Techs left the house when they finished installing, without verifying that the system was working inside. Consequently, it was not. I called office after hours to report. Customer service called me the next morning, but could not tell me when a tech would come out. Asked to speak to a manager, but was told they were all out of town, and probably would not call me back until Monday (this was Friday). A manager did call me a few hours later, then sent another tech out. They evaluated and said someone would be back Monday to repair. They fixed it Monday. So, system did not work properly over the weekend, and the installation looks ugly."
