Very pleased with their work. They installed a charger in my townhome garage for my new EV. I talked with John initially, and he quickly walked me through a number of issues over the phone and by text messaging in advance of their visit, to make sure that the circuit could handle the charger, and that I was ordering an appropriate charger. Tyler and Taylor did the actual installation. Everything went well. They followed up and arranged an inspection with the Town of Cary. I was able to receive the Duke Energy rebate for installing an EV because they had done everything correctly and billed clearly.

First to the last impression, FABULOUS! They arrived on time, got right to work installing a tricky, light fixture. They were kind and patient with my requests to make adjustments to the fixture. They even helped me look up information about my bulbs to educate me. They cleaned up too. If I were to give the next customer that is interested in having them install a chandelier suggestions they would be: Open your box first and make sure you understand how much assembly there will be before you contact your electrician for a quote. Telling them the height of a ceiling and the width of the floor space for a ladder helps so they bring the right equipment. Thank again guys!! I love the fixture.

Prompt, Efficient and Quality work

Prompt, reasonable cost, efficient, and made sure everything was functional, as well as making sure they cleaned up everything where they worked before they left.

They were very responsive in contacting me right after I submitted my proposal request. They showed up as scheduled, performed the work, and stayed to make sure my problem was taken care of - oven was working and didn't trip the new breakers. I felt pricing was quite reasonable, especially with the senior discount! Overall a very positive experience!

The owner, John came to our house and replaced the laundry room light fixture with a new LED panel I had picked up from the hardware store. Spectacular customer service and technical expertise. John even repaired a small hole that was left behind from the 'old' fixture. Above all my expectations. I highly recommend and will call again if the need arises.

Quick professional job.

John was very professional on the phone and gave me the quotes in advance for installing two ceiling fans, without existing wiring, and two ceiling fans with existing wiring. I called him the day before to cancel because I had not yet picked up the fans. He offered to have come out and just get the wiring ready and come back out when I had the fans. Scott and Mike came to the house the next morning, and were excellent! They were very professional. Wore shoe protectors and masks. Explained what they needed to do and kept me informed throughout the process. They were neat in their work and brought their own tools, supplies and vacuum to clean up afterwards. I had picked up four ceiling fans that morning and they went to work engineering the wiring and installing all four fans. I would use them again and that is the best reference you can give a company!

The contractor and his assistants were extremely polite, professional and thorough. The landscape rear lighting was problematic to determine the cause. They had to return several times. Each time they worked to identify the problem and after numerous options, the problem was finally corrected. At no time did I feel they were getting irritated with me or the lighting problem. Scott was patient and responded to each call back. Finally, John, the owner, came out with Scott. Everything had been done, correctly by Scott and his assistant. We just finally concluded that a higher voltage transformer was needed. When installed, all systems have been fine since. John actually called back a couple of days later to confirm my satisfaction. We are planning to have some interior electrical work done and will definitely use them again. We will also refer them to friends.

Scott and Mikey are extremely talented and installed 3 closet lights, 3 recessed ceiling lights [with dimmer switches] and a wall plug. They were polite and very professional! If I need more electrical work done I will definitely contact Bear Electrical Services LLC!
