"The owner of this company, Hunter Sinclair, came to evaluate the problem we were having with our 23 year old gas fireplace. He was very neat by covering the area around the fireplace, worked efficiently to determine the problem and after careful work determined that a part needed to be replaced. Mr. Sinclair was as thorough as he could be considering it was an old gas fireplace! He let me know a week later that he was contacting all the distributors who may know the part number and after thoroughly working on trying to find the part, eventually found that the company, after contacting the company we purchased the fireplace from and made our fireplace had gone out of business 12 years earlier and no part could be found. Mr. Sinclair contacted me throughout his search keeping me apprised of his progress along the way. I was extremely impressed by Mr. Sinclair’s dedication to finding a solution to the problem and his consistent follow up on his progress. I highly recommend this company!"

"WARNING- do NOT hire Ecoscapes or Matthew Sloop: This company, Ecoscapes at 9330 Boylston Hwy in Mills River, NC is committing FRAUD. The man who currently runs this company, Matthew Sloop, has stolen a $1925.00 deposit from us. On 3/7, as he stood on our property, we venmoe'd him our deposit for agreed upon landscaping work and he said he would be back the next morning, 3/8, to start work. He did not show up for work on 3/8, and the excuses and delays kept coming, so we canceled services. Matthew agreed to return our deposit on 3/25. However, he instead stopped responding to any of our attempts to communicate. This man has no ethical issues stealing people's hard earned money. He did not do any work for us. He has been sent & emailed a professional demand letter to give our money back by 4/19 or we will be pursuing action to the fullest extent of the law. I am sorry to have to write this review, but I don't want anyone else in our community to be taken advantage of."

We were impressed with H2H at every stage of the project and thrilled with the results. They nailed every measure of success. They listened to what we wanted and clearly reflected our priorities and constraints in their proposal, detailed design and estimate. They exemplified professionalism, attention to detail, quality of work, clear communication and delivered on schedule and on budget. The few changes were mostly due to our requests. Any variations from the original plan/estimate were transparently discussed, approved by us, and tracked, so there were no surprises in the final invoice. We did our homework. We got 2 other proposals from well-established companies and 2 independent general contractors, in addition to H2H, before selecting H2H as the best value for the money. Their costs were more in line with our expectations and the owner, Tim Magee, was excellent to work with. He inspired great confidence that they could and would do this right and the project leads and crews delivered as promised!! Based on the stellar results, Heart to Home just started remodeling our primary bathroom!"
