"requested an in-person quote for job. they said they had a drone site review and new what to do. so it seemed like a bait and switch for the quote. they only addressed part of the job and then added extra charge for crack filling. however I am satisfied but would have liked the whole job done as requested."

"When I decided to move ahead on a much needed roof removal and replacement, it was very hard to get anyone to respond. However, Michael was very quick to answer my call and get a quote. Eventually I was able to get quotes from 3 different contractors and they were all within $200 for each other, which I find amazing given it was a sizeable job. In the end I did not select American, only because they did not carry workers comp at the time. I understand they have since picked up workers comp. I do most home projects on my own but can't do it all on my own. I will certainly contact Michael for anything in the future I decide to hire out."

"I am a lover of the outdoors, and spending time with the family is of great importance. I contacted Brick Solutions Inc, and the owner Joseph Walls returned my call very promptly. I explained to him what I had in mind, and he listened, when he arrived at my home for a consultation, he had brought photos of his other projects which were very impressive, and the ideas he had to enhance our outdoor living space, were quite creative. I am very pleased, and will have Brick Solutions do more with the project in the future. Just wanna say thank you Joe, and crew for a job well done.

"We called them and asked them to build a custom deck. He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels. He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.
The price was better than we thought it would be.
It was a great experience and we highly recommend them if your looking for a great design and great prices.
