"Paid $100 for $300 worth of work. The owner came out and we agreed on a further $300 to do the soffit. His carpenter came out later that week to do the work and requested a check for $400 at the end of the day. I balked and he tried calling the owner that evening with no answer. So I ended up paying $100 more than expected just to get the carpenter out of my driveway without ever ever getting an invoice. I'm used to professionals invoicing for their work and the owner never set the expectation that I'd be paying without getting an invoice, and I'm certainly disappointed with the price change without consulting me. At the end of the day it was $700 for a carpenter for a day. Maybe that's a normal price, maybe it's not, but I would have preferred to have had a choice about the price change and an invoice."

"I had Branch X Branch Land Clearing, LLC put gravel down on my driveway, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They did an excellent job leveling the ground, spreading the gravel evenly, and making sure everything was neat and solid. The driveway looks clean, drives smooth, and is a huge improvement over what I had before. The crew was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. From start to finish, the process was quick and stress-free. The quality of their work really shows, and I’d highly recommend Branch X Branch Land Clearing, LLC to anyone needing driveway work or land services."

"I couldn?t be happier w/ the work Tycoon Asphalt did on our driveway. From the first phone call to the finished project, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly detail oriented. They arrived on time, explained the entire process, and delivered exactly what they promised. The driveway looks brand new, and the quality of the workmanship really stands out. If you?re looking for a reliable asphalt company that takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Tycoon Asphalt. We?ll definitely be using them again for future projects!"

"I had MGT Enterprise to build me a 850 ft gravel driveway, installed 2 drain tiles for the water drainage, cleared off 2 acres and completely graded the land for my house to be built on, and cleared the land for my septic field. They called around and found the most reasonable prices for the job. When the owner gave me an estimate, everything was itemized just as I asked so I could understand what was being spent. MGT Enterprise was very responsive and gave me their professional opinions and described how they would perform all the work when they gave me a quote. Whenever I had questions, they immediately had answers even if I thought they were ridiculous, they never made me feel like I didnt know anything. They were very prompt with job timing and kept me informed through the whole process. They would not leave the job until I came out and they made sure I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any excavation or work in that area."
