The job required my gas tank to be moved which would have been a large fee from the gas company for the disconnection and reconnection. Lou was able to get that task done without an extra charge. He kept me updated on the progress throughout the job and he returned after each phase of the job to ensure the job was done correctly and to make sure the site was clean. "From the very first contact I made with Michael, he demonstrated expert knowledge of structural roofing repair and home improvement projects. He was very professional in his work and interactions with me. As soon as I called him, he spent at least 30 minutes speaking with me concerning his work experience and discussing the project that I was seeking assistance with.
