"requested an in-person quote for job. they said they had a drone site review and new what to do. so it seemed like a bait and switch for the quote. they only addressed part of the job and then added extra charge for crack filling. however I am satisfied but would have liked the whole job done as requested."

The job required my gas tank to be moved which would have been a large fee from the gas company for the disconnection and reconnection. Lou was able to get that task done without an extra charge. He kept me updated on the progress throughout the job and he returned after each phase of the job to ensure the job was done correctly and to make sure the site was clean. "Very happy with the level of service provided. Would have been 5stars across the board, the only negative is my house and back door had cement splashed from the pouring of the cement pad. Although they tried to clean it up, my house and door still has stains and unfortunately the glass door has scratches from the removal of the cement. The team that worked on my project was very good and professional. I would recommend this company, for sure. I would also recommend putting a protective tarp up before pouring the cement pad."

"Highly recommended!  I contracted with Brick Solutions owner, Joe Walls, to have a badly damaged concrete driveway replaced with brick pavers.  I had previously gotten estimates for replacing the driveway with new concrete but I was concerned about damaging the roots of a very old tulip poplar tree adjacent to the driveway.  When the concrete contractor informed
me if he didn?t cut the roots he couldn?t guarantee the concrete but if he did cut the roots he could not guarantee the tree would survive, I decided to go with brick.
Joe said he could do the driveway without damaging the roots.  He broke up the old concrete with a jackhammer rather than bringing in heavy equipment.  We consulted with an arborist who told Joe what could or could not be cut.  When our plan to save a portion of the old concrete did not work out because it was too cracked Joe volunteered to break it up and replace it
with brick at no extra charge.  He worked carefully, followed all out suggestions, and managed to give us a smooth brick
driveway that looks much better than what we had before.
In short, Brick Solutions did a great job for a reasonable price and it was pleasure to work with Joe.

We called them and asked them to build a custom deck.  He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels.  He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.

The price was better than we thought it would be.

It was a great experience and we highly recommend them if your looking for a great design and great prices.

He worked with us on the quote and was able to accomplish the job in a timely manner. We appreciated him sending pictures as he worked to keep us updated on the progress.
