"Lou Sullivan did a fantastic job! I was immediately impressed when Lou showed up on time for the initial estimate. He reviewed the work I wanted done and was able to give me an estimate on the spot. The job required my gas tank to be moved which would have been a large fee from the gas company for the disconnection and reconnection. Lou was able to get that task done without an extra charge. He kept me updated on the progress throughout the job and he returned after each phase of the job to ensure the job was done correctly and to make sure the site was clean. "From the very first contact I made with Michael, he demonstrated expert knowledge of structural roofing repair and home improvement projects. He was very professional in his work and interactions with me. As soon as I called him, he spent at least 30 minutes speaking with me concerning his work experience and discussing the project that I was seeking assistance with. "Very happy with the level of service provided. Would have been 5stars across the board, the only negative is my house and back door had cement splashed from the pouring of the cement pad. Although they tried to clean it up, my house and door still has stains and unfortunately the glass door has scratches from the removal of the cement. The team that worked on my project was very good and professional. I would recommend this company, for sure. I would also recommend putting a protective tarp up before pouring the cement pad."
