"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"They were timely and efficient."

"This is the third project where we have used Andino Painting. We had a significant area of rot in our deck joists which needed to be replaced and the old decking reinstalled. Cenia did her usual professional, hard-working job at a fair price and we could not be more pleased with the result. We have now used her for fence staining, exterior painting and deck repair. All projects have been done with great attention to detail and excellent communication. She has our highest recommendation."

"Outstanding workmanship and quality of work. They have literally restored my 26 y/o deck to like new condition. They arrive on time and do their work quietly and efficiently. They go above and beyond in their workmanship. The estimate was nearly on the mark for repairs. As a veteran, I really appreciate their discount of 10%, it is a step beyond "Thank You For Your Service.""

"Had my fence repaired and stained. Power washed hose. Maintenance on the motion detectors. Alex and his crew were awesome. Very professional and kept me informed."

"I would recommend Jose Suarez to anyone who needs a job done well. He repaired some boards on our deck and painted the entire deck and railings. Also he installed a pull-out trash can assembly in our kitchen. Jose is very knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, and meticulous with his work no matter what the job may be. I will definitely be hiring Jose for any future carpentry work or remodeling. Thank You Jose!"

"Damian painted our outside deck a few weeks ago. We were so impressed by his attention to detail that we hired him to paint a bathroom and bedroom. He does excellent work. Cleans up after himself and is most courteous and accommodating. We'll definitely use him again and would recommend him to our friends."

"They did a great job.I found some more damage that had to be repaired. They added it on for very little cost and they did a fantastic job!"

"Great job on gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation"

"These folks did a very thorough job for us. They needed to remove mildew from our deck and paint it. While estimating the job, Alex noticed that termites had invaded a post to the porch railing. We got treatment for the termites before continuing with the deck work. I got many estimates and I felt that Alex gave the most qualified estimate. The workmanship performed by his team was top notch!"
