"Very pleased with the work and look. Very satisfied overall. The estimator and supervisor Alex was very attentive, prompt and willing to answer any and all questions I had. The two carpenters in particular who did the majority of the work were excellent. Only complaint is minor as perhaps they could have cleaned up better when work was finished as we found many plastic labels that came off the ends of the new deck boards as well as a few random nails. Again a very minor complaint."

"I hired Joshua Home Repair to install a new kitchen sink faucet, install a grab bar in my half bathroom, and to apply a sealant to my wood furniture on the front porch. Joshua and his assistant did a thorough and complete job for all projects. Installations were done according to plan and instructions and my porch furniture is ready for the upcoming summer, fall, and winter weather. Joshua and his assistant cleaned up all trash and carried it away. They were both courteous and respectful of me and my home. "Andino's painting was a wonderful choice. She had an opening and began work the very next day. We had a deck that had become very stained and weathered. She is a miracle worker as she worked on the project she brought the deck back to looking as it was the day it was installed. She sealed the deck with a two coat process and it is beautiful now. "Greg is THE MAN for patio restoration and re-sanding. My patio was in need of re-sand, repairing and leveling some pavers, and removal of moss. I’ve had other contractors do this before but they only power wash. Power wash was just the initial step for Greg. After washing, he literally scraped and shop-vacced every grain of the old sand out of the joints before refilling with new polymeric sand. He also allowed proper drying time between stages. End result is that my patio looks like the day it was built. Looks brand new. Truly blown away with his attention to detail in the cleaning process and removal of old sand. Pricing was very similar to another contractor I talked to but I am confident I would not have gotten Greg’s quality of work with someone else. Communication was great and he was always on time and got the project started very promptly after we decided to move forward. Amazing work."
