"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"This is the third project where we have used Andino Painting. We had a significant area of rot in our deck joists which needed to be replaced and the old decking reinstalled. Cenia did her usual professional, hard-working job at a fair price and we could not be more pleased with the result. We have now used her for fence staining, exterior painting and deck repair. All projects have been done with great attention to detail and excellent communication. She has our highest recommendation."

"Diego gave helpful advice on a whole house painting(including tin roof and decking). He and his crew spent significant time pressure washing and preparing all surfaces for paint and stain. They came promptly as the weather permitted. He and his crew were meticulous and expert in their painting. They left no mess behind on any day of work. It was fun to see the progress and we feel like we have a new home and deck and are thrilled with it. It was a pleasure to work with Diego and his crew."

"Johnnie was super responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to accommodate my need to have the gutters cleaned before the rains came again. He even came in a Sunday afternoon to do the job and willingly took several before and after photos. He went above and beyond and cleaned debris off areas of the roof as well. I will hire again!"

"I was very pleased with the solution to my problem and the promptness in which it was corrected."

"Mr. Perez came to my home on two different occasions and worked diligently on my yard. He completely transformed it into exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure everything I asked for was done and never stopped till it was exactly the way I wanted it. He's very professional and courteous. I would definitely hire him again. It was a pleasure having him do my yard."

"Top steps on landing and deck are not fixed properly. The paint job is sloppy and will have to repaint back deck."
