The technician called 2 days ahead and came on the right day at the right time. He sprayed the front and back as agreed. He charged the correct amount. One thing I love about the technician is he stops to talk with me about how to mow and care for my yard when he is not here. I highly recommend this service and 4 other homeowners on my street do also.

Not satisfied with new employee. Zack was excellent but Brandon needs to learn how to cover an entire lawn by going in parallel rows. Brandon seemed like a nice person but he missed quite a few areas in the back yard and when I mention it to him he said he would throw some lime with his hand......not satisfactory at all. I have been quite satisfied up until now so I hope this an exception to their usual good service.

They've been pretty incredible about scheduling. I talked to them today about me using their services again.

Overall a great experience.  My yard is looking good, and they aerated and seeded it, so I expect a green lawn all the way into December.

Pros:

•  Great customer service - real people who call you back!

 Good web site, easy to pay online
 Good email communication - they tell you when they came out and what they did
 My yard looks great, and still improving!
Cons:
 As with any of these services, be careful to confirm all the work was done.  The guys on the truck are busy, and its easy for them to miss a stop.  On my first treatment, I was supposed to get both a spray treatment, and granulated fertilizer.   They came out and did the spray, but not the granules.  I called customer service, and they were quick to reschedule the work.

Also, I recommend emphasizing how you want to be communicated with.  I made a few inquiries through the online site, but got my responses via telephone.  Unfortunately, some of the messages didn't get through to me.  Make sure they email you on all correspondence.  At least for me, this was easier.

Tailor Made came out in Sept and applied the Perimeter pest control applications. I only needed a one time visit as I was having an outside event. Everything went fine at that time. Last week, almost a year later, Tailor Made showed up to my house unannounced and applied more pest control applications to my yard. I didn't even know they were there until I left my home and saw a sign of theirs posted near my mail box letting me know that they had been here. I immediately called them because I had not scheduled for them to come back to my home to perform this service nor had I authorized any other payments. When I expressed this to Mike the manager he pretty much scolded me and became nasty with me asking why I didn't answer the phone when they called about coming back out or why I hadn't called to cancel. He informed me that Angie's List automatically set us up for recurring visits and he demanded I pay 59.99 for the service I had not asked for. I refused and continue to refuse to make any payments nor did I agree to any recurring arrangements. Watch out if you're going to use these guys for pest control services. They did good work when it was authorized, but I didn't like that business practice of them showing back up out of the blue. They did call my home because I saw them on my caller ID but due to a malfunction I could not and still cannot receive my messages. Therefore if they could not reach me to verbally ok a visit from them than them showing up anyway was unprofessional and inappropriate.

Tailor Made Lawns always does a really fine job. My lawn is 200% more beautiful than a couple of years ago.

Have been using them for about 2 years.  Had been doing my own
fertilizing/weed control before that.  I will never touch it again after
the remarkable change they have made in my lawn.  I AM VERY PLEASED!!!!

went o.k and will be coming back to do a free spray.  so company is great provider and does great work overall.

I renewed them for another year. We've been using them for a number of years and they've always been good. They call and let me know they're coming. I can unlock the gate so they can get in. They come on the day they say they're going to be here.  They do a good job. They've been very good for many years that's why I use them. It's relatively inexpensive for what they do.

The service that they provide is awesome.  They are very thorough and take pride in their work.  When I have had weeds pop up, they re on it within 24-48 hours of the phone call or email to their website.  I have had two other lawn service providers of whom were a little bit cheaper, but i could not get the same level of customer service that Tailor Made provides.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a lawn service treatment.
