Ben went on line with me and searched my computer to see if I had any bugs or setting off, etc. I like them because I can trust them with my personal information and know that it is safe. When they have to take the computer in, I can trust them with it; and they bring it back promptly usually within one day. Most of the time, they make a visit and solve the problem without taking it away. And sometimes, they can go on line when I call them and hook up with my computer remotely with my permission of course. I can give them control but sit there and watch everything they are doing. Most of all, I can trust them not to mess with me or take advantage. They are prompt, reliable, and trustworthy as well as very fair on price.
