"I was satisfied with the work done on my house. Craftsmanship was spot on. The project manager on the other hand. Was not up to par. On 2 separate occasions asked me for payment before the job was completed. The clean up was terrible. They left plastic from pallet of siding in my front yard. There were nail and wood from the removal of my old siding. Something with my back porch. Found nails wood and razor blades. They came a second time to clean around my house. It was a little better. Oh, I almost forgot. They smoked cigarettes. I have cigarettes buts everywhere, especially in my front yard where they parked their vehicle's. Wish I had a better experience Home Genius. Started great, but fell off a cliff near the end."

"We were having the exterior of our house painted and realized on a Friday that the siding in the front needed to be completely replaced due to significant sun damage. Pavel came out on Saturday to assess the situation (which was essential since the painters were on the job already) and got to work on Monday removing the old siding and completed the job by Tuesday. Both the quality and his pace of work are exceptional. Now the painters can get to work priming and painting the new siding! "

If you're installing stucco in a climate with extreme weather, synthetic stucco may be the only viable option, as it lasts longer, is less prone to cracking, and resists moisture better. When cleaning stucco siding, it is recommended to use a pressure washer with a psi (pounds per square inch) between 1,500 and 2,000. This range provides sufficient power to remove dirt and grime without causing damage to the stucco surface. It's important to avoid using excessive psi as it can chip or crack the stucco. 

Using a wider spray nozzle and keeping a safe distance of about seven to 10 feet from the siding helps ensure a gentle and effective cleaning process. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines and adjust the psi accordingly based on the condition of your stucco and the specific requirements of your pressure washer.

While this method makes pouring concrete simpler and easier, it reduces its strength and durability. It can be a viable option for small, decorative concrete pavers for walkways or for setting fence posts, but it’s not ideal for pouring slabs that will bear any significant amount of weight.

If it is applied properly, stucco is a durable material that can last between 50 and 80 years, especially with regular repair and maintenance. Things like painting the stucco every 10 years or so will help it last longer. The location of your home plays a big part in the life span of your stucco, too.
