Once had postponed due to weather and then postponed due to someone at office did not follow through on indicating the stain color I had chosen. Then received a call they found email that I had sent with stain number. David came out and the stain was transparent which would not work on my deck, he assisted and was very helpful in picking out a stain. He went over what had to be done to reschedule and assist with stain to get the job accomplished. He came out memorial day to do the job which was a holiday, only issue I had was he was late in the morning getting there and with previous experience I was not sure he was coming, tried to call but mail box full and could not reach anyone, needed to find out if he was planning on coming. I do not want to give him a bad review because he is very pleasant and helpful and indicated he has addressed the issue of scheduling appointments. He also upgraded the stain since I had experienced the trouble with scheduling."
