"I was referred to American Water Damage by a plumber with another company who came to my home to service a major water leak. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and showed great concern for my issue. A day later, Walter, remediation technician, came to assess the damage and met with my insurance adjuster. His fantastic team, Malik, Anavie and Joey, arrived at my home early that next morning. The minute they entered my home, they went to work. They worked diligently for hours only taking a few minutes for lunch. All of them were friendly, professional, thorough and hard working. From what I can tell, they did excellent work in demolishing and treating the disaster area. They also cleaned up the area to perfection.
