Pro contacted within a very few minutes, was able to squeeze it in very early the next morning. Very professional, very good at communication with whats what. I personally liked that, unintentionally most likely, he was not trying to be my best friend with pointless jabbering. Worst thing I could say was that I did not get my receipt (I really do not care so I never asked for it) but if thats the worst thing to happen, damn right I would recommend the s**** out of these guys.
